Location is on the main plaza...super comfortable beds and it's quiet... definitely recommend this hotel!
Lovely place with good amenities and very conveniently located across from the plaza.
Was not impressed. La Casa de Maty does not understand service. The pictures of the hotel online looked nice so we stopped by to extend our Tapalpa town visit by 2 days and for fun try another hotel we had considered, Casa Maty. We asked to see a couple of rooms and were told "No, I can not show you any rooms." Is the hotel sold out? "No, we have many rooms, I just can not show you". We left and walked to "Posada Mi Pueblito" (9.4 rating) they were more than happy to show us some rooms and for a lot less money. We stayed 2 more nights in Tapalapa. Casa Maty's loss was our gain.
