Hotel La Casona

Very good prizes. Very good location just 10 min by car to center of the city. Perfect restaurant.

The hotel is pleasant, small rooms, but had a/c and sort of quiet for being on Ancha (get a room on the back side, we had 205) I had my service dog with me and they charged me 450 pesos, not even a deposit but an extra charge -that was really irritating and unexpected. Ok for a short stay.

Great location, TERRIBLE customer service, we changed rooms 3 times in 2 days, leaking air conditioned, stained carpet, leaking bathroom, low standards bed, humedity smell rooms, staff does not have the ability of resolving problems, we asked to speak with the manager several times, either she was on a metting or she just stepped out, she never tried to call us back to our mobile phone provided. I do not recommend this location, next time we will stay on a different hotel. Update, we finally were able to contact the manager 4 days later, she did listen to our complaints, did not offer any apologies, or promised any improvements to provide solutions, which are the basic components of a good customer service (pr), The manager explained that the air conditioning leaking is the result of the user (hotel guest), the user must turn off the unit when leaking and wait 30 to 60 minutes and turn back on to avoid condensation, which is copletely ridiculous, the last room AC did not have such problem.
