We booked our rooms via Expedia. When we got there to check-in, service was amazing. We were the only ones in the hotel (my friends and I), and we were nervous, but the night was calm. It is a little far a way from el centro and somewhat hidden. The rooms are super cute (each has a different theme). They have chimneys in the rooms. There's no TV so it's like a cabin. Breakfast was included and was amazingly good! We loved the service! Such loving people.
Cute mountain-y hotel, emphasis on wood and rustics touches. Everyone was very nice but only the cook speaks English. The cook was very nice and accommodating to our dietary restrictions. The included breakfast is great.
This hotel is decorated super nice but don't be fooled by that....the beds are like sleeping on concrete...plus the walls are paper thin you hear the people above you walking...the worst was the rooster who started crowing at 4 am and never stopped... They put earplugs in your room because they know it's noisy...no tv...plus internet was constantly shutting off
