Hotel La Chiave dei Trabocchi

La Chiave dei Trabocchi is a stylish boutique hotel perched above the Adriatic along the scenic Trabocchi Coast. Our room was clean, modern with sea views—and is just a short walk to the beach and bike path. Highlights: • Fantastic breakfast with homemade pastries and made-to-order eggs • On-site restaurant with great seafood and ocean views • Outdoor pool, private parking, and pet-friendly rooms • Warm, helpful staff and a peaceful atmosphere We stayed in the penthouse room, well worth the extra cost. The views were incredible!

This is a very pleasant, modern and stylish hotel. The hotel has a small private beach and a pleasant pool area. The staff is very friendly and courteous. There is sufficient parking available. The breakfast buffet is great and offers a big variety of very tasty Italian sweets and fruits. The rooms offer great views on the coastline. Unfortunately there are some limitations. The rooms have curtains which do not darken the room sufficiently so the sun wakes you up early. Further, since the hotel is located at a street with much traffic dining on the terrace may not be very pleasant. Last, the shower box is pretty small. However, we had a pleasant stay and will return the next time .

This hotel hosts late night private parties. They blast out music and have an irritating DJ amplified yelling out at all hours. This happens in the open air outside guests windows into the early hours. Don’t stay here if you want to get any sleep. They don’t care about paying guest staying in the hotel and are more interested in being an events venue. Find somewhere else to stay.
