Amazing room, staff super friendly, breakfast was a feast, and the dinner one of the best ones I had , excellent quality of food and drinks, loved our room and bathroom ,definitely to come back!
Nice hotel but let down by not getting a few basics right. Room gets way too hot (AC didn’t work) No food options onsite for lunch, were told restaurant was fully booked for dinner (didn’t seem like it). Room service menu very limited/lacking. Didn’t have an iron / steamer on hand. Told it was in another room that they didn’t track down…
It has a vague aura of past glories. It is a nice enough hotel but there are little things which are not quite right and do not work properly, light switches etc. The food is not great, on the basis of breakfast I decided not to use the restraunt for dinner. I cannot understand how they mess up scrambled egg just so badly. That said the hotel is placed just right for where I am working and convenient to travel from with good road connections. That said I have already booked for my next trip to Italy.
