Gorgeous hotel. This hotel truly lives up to its five-star rating. The staff—from security and reception to the waiters and housekeeping—are all exceptionally courteous and welcoming. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the entire facility is well-maintained. One of the highlights of my stay was relaxing by the pool. I especially recommend spending time there just before sunset; it’s a unique experience watching large flocks of birds settle into the trees, filling the air with their gentle, social chirping as they prepare to roost for the night. Breakfast was decent, nothing extraordinary but satisfying enough to start the day. Highly recommended!
this hotel is gorgeous! we were welcomed beautifully by the sweet staff and a refreshing citronade and traditional cookies. the rooms are traditional Tunisian, which was beautiful. but the reason why i took a star off is because the dinner & breakfast is not good at all. not much variety, everything is mostly dry and flavorless. i don’t recommend eating at the hotel, but the hotel is great and worth a stay.
Good location - that’s about it. Very dated hotel that hasn’t been refurbished for decades. Rooms are dark, AC doesn’t work, shower curtain fell on touching it, no kettle, fly in our room which we couldn’t get rid of, one ply socket in the room that too not near the bed….awful.
