I can’t recommend La Madonnina enough. The setting is fantastic, overlooking the sea with views of the mountain. Our room was comfortable, bright, and had a small terrace with a bistro table, and pull-out drying rack. Waterfront is even better than in the pictures! Breakfast and lunch (by the water), were excellent. Francesco was fantastic helping us with wine selection, and gave us some great recommendations for dinner and drinks around the island. Aldo, the bartender, made amazing cocktails and also had great insight of things to do. Additional thanks to Francesca, Alessandro, Mariana, and the front desk staff for their excellent service!

We had an incredible 10 day stay with the hotel. It was spotlessly clean, the food was amazing quality, the service and staff were fantastic. We used the airport transfer both ways to and from the hotel which was very helpful and easy when travelling. We used the hotel beach most days which was very peaceful and convenient, we also went to the different ports to look around and the hotel was well situated for access to these too.We enjoyed every second, I couldn’t fault anything!

The hotel is wonderful and made perfect by the staff. Francesco, Marianna, Aldo, Luca, and everyone else made our stay a really special one. We were there for a weeks family holiday and were able to completely relax. The swimming area is very comfortable and with a kayak you can take out and explore. The views from the restaurant especially at sunset are unbearable and the food is delicious especially the zucchini pasta. The only suggestion I would have is allowing slight changes to the breakfast menu. Such that one could have scrambled eggs and bacon rather than just fried eggs and bacon. The rooms look much nicer in person than they do in the photos. Although the AC can be quite noisy.
