5 stars for the effort. It's obvious that this isn't currently a 4-star hotel because we're light years away from the standards, but it's also true that the ongoing renovations are visible and will undoubtedly lead to an excellent 4-star finish (new, soundproofed windows in only part of the building, half-bathroom paneling, etc.). If there's anything that urgently needs improvement, it's definitely the poor soundproofing between the rooms, comparable to condominiums. Very friendly reception staff. Very competitive prices.
4 star hotel but the impression it gives is far below. The structure from the outside is not inviting at all. We booked a standard room, we did not expect much but what we found in front of us was an old room, with an uncomfortable bathroom due to the presence of a shower with a curtain (in a 4 star hotel it is unacceptable), worthy of a two star.
