Hotel is newly renovated in traditional style quite becoming of the area - beautiful views! Three generations of women have run the hotel now over the years and they are passionate about their "home" and the receptionist is a treat... Great breakfasts

A beautiful hotel conveniently located in town, near ski shops, restaurants and across from the ski lift. I was impressed with the amazing wellness amenities - massage, pool, outdoor hot tub, saunas, quiet spaces to relax, etc. The staff is very friendly and attentive from the front desk to the restaurant. The owner was always engaging with us or the other guests and making sure everything was to our liking. Our group enjoyed the musical entertainment in the evening and many of the hotel guests joined in on the fun. The food was excellent with an abundance of choices for breakfast and dinner. Highly recommend!!

Just following up on our stay which was even more disappointing after we got this ice cold reply on our complaint. This hotel just confirms our suspicions that it just want your money. There are so many other great options around the area that we stayed on that was fantastic, with polite and good service. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The "comfort rooms" should not be rented out to anyone. Staying at these rooms will either keep you awake by traffic outside if you want any air while you sleep, or give you headaches if the windows are closed, since the room has no sort of ventilation other than the windows. The hotel lays in a very busy roundabout that has noisy traffic from 3 different roads. That they have installed soundproof windows just confirms that the road is really busy. The staff at check in and at the breakfast was kind and service minded. The indoor spa was nice. But this doesn't cover up the problems you get when you dont get any sleep and the manager just want your money, and not want to be bothered. Stay away. Tourist trap.
