Hotel La Perla offered us a perfect stay as we imagined. The hotel is roughly 150m away from the main Gondola of Mont Zoncholan, with plenty of parking space all around, the hotel has its own parking too. Breakfast and dinner were very tasty which is a classic for Italians. We had a beautiful stay at their wellness and the whole experience was very good altogether. Salute to all the staff who were very polite and always willing to help!
We had a wonderful stay for a week in August with two teenager boys and a dog. We had two superior rooms on the top floor which were very stylish, had great views and were very quiet. Really enjoyed the swimming pool after a day’s hike. The hotel restaurant has amazing food for dinner although it lacks a bit of atmosphere. The reception staff was very helpful with everything including recommending walks and things to do. Overall we had a great stay in Ravascletto
Overall, it was a great experience, but unfortunately, I can only issue this hotel 4 stars because of some minor mishaps. First of all, the food was adequate. Breakfast lacked fresh fruit and vegetables, but I'd like to note that the croissants were absolutely delicious! The spa experience was an option to relax and recover energy after a long day of snowboarding for me. My favourites were the Turkish bath and the jacuzzi. The room was well kept and clean, perfect temperature, and amazing housekeeping. Lastly, I'd like to list down my experiences with the staff. I could only say positive words, but I'd put an emphasis on "could" as we had some inconveniences with one of the waiters. He was rude and disrespectful, didn't even bother to reply with a hello when we greeted him first MULTIPLE times. Plus, he rushed us many times into choosing our meals at once so he could mosy on. He also kept a grumpy face the whole time, EXCEPT when the manager walked around the restaurant, because then he totally changed personalities and started being all cheerful and acting as if he was best buddies with everyone, even patting us on the shoulder. Like what?! The rest of the staff except for this dude were super friendly and helpful, though. Too bad, because I would've given 5 stars if it wasn't for him. In my opinion, this hotel lives up to its 4-star title, and it's great to visit during wintertime when you go on a ski holiday.
