Didn’t stay at hotel but visited for spa massage that was excellent. Everyone in the spa are friendly and very customer focused. Exciting the hotel it was pouring so the hotel owner (we just happened to meet exiting) and the hotel doorman walked us to our car with umbrellas.

Tl;dr- Go there. Amazing hotel. Good: Food- Best pasta we've had in Italy. The morning Croissant is a piece of heaven and the veriaty of local honey types is amazing. They also have almond milk in breakfasts which is unique in the area. Best service with genuine care like none other- they helped us get the ski equipment and return it to the rental after injury. Aesthetic and clean- luxury wood cabin vibes with home level cleanliness Facilities- High level ski room, lobby, bar and rooms. Bad: Meat- The grilled meat in dinner is not grilled nor tasty. Beauty & wellness- Every treatment is ~10€ more expensive than other hotels. The water in the spa is cold (35 degrees, we are used to 38-40 degrees).

Had a lovely stay at La Perla. The spa is absolutely amazing and a real highlight. The staff are super attentive and were very helpful and accommodating when my boyfriend got sick, which was very appreciated. The food is very good and the set-up great. Overall feels comfortable, private and quite luxury! Tiny point - it would be so nice to have tea included in the afternoon. Doesn’t have to be fancy, just for the avid tea drinkers. And a kettle in every room should be standard on a similar note (though we were given one when asked).
