The process began with the hotel not being able to find our reservation. This was not a problem as they were still able to accommodate us for the 3 rooms we requested. The staff was extremely accommodating and were always professional throughout our stay. We will definitely try to make the trip again to stay at here again.
Very nice hotel restaurant, and although the room facilities are antiquated they add to the charm and the rooms are very spacious with balcony. There is also a nice swimming pool! Only drawback is that it is located in a residential area so not too many places to get snacks or drinks on foot.
Very dated hotel, rooms are large but poorly lit and look like something from the 1970s. Air conditioning was poor, the room smelt of stale cigarettes and the bathroom smelt of mildew. No local shops, only option for food is the restaurant opposite, which is cheap and the food is OK.
