We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Super nice and helpful staff, airy room with high ceiling and wide beds. Also, the restaurant offers very good price/quality ratio and super service. If you book early enough, there are 4-5 tables up on the roof with a magnificent view in all directions.
Stayed in a lovely room that faced the street. Could therefore see all the life outside. The service is very nice. The food is good. The hotel is located in the old town and is as central as you can get. Recommend everyone to go all the way up to the roof terrace on the hotel, you will then get a panoramic view of all of Florence
The hotel is in a very great location. The room was nice and big, however furniture are basic and some have defects. We had a room that had a big space only for the sofa and the TV, however this part wasn't clean. The staff was formally kind, but the way they welcome you appear to be transactional. I would expect, when I go to 4-star hotels, a more friendly welcome with recommendations regarding the city and a warmer approach.
