Beautiful hotel, located at the top of the historic district of Ibiza. The room was very beautiful and super clean. The van service provided by the hotel is very convenient. The staff there is absolutely perfect, we had forgot something there and they were very helpful to get it back.

I loved this hotel, it’s very iconic as resides in a historic medieval tower castle at the top of the hill in old Ibiza town. It is a bit difficult to access - the taxis and Ubers will often try to drop you 7 min walk away, but if you insist most will drop you to the doorstep. You can always arrange a hotel car to pick you and drop you nearby in the city free of Charge which is great. The rooms are beautiful, unique design, slightly ethnic/ tribal motives , so are the common spaces. There are multiple buildings in the hotel so you might need a tour. The views are stunning and overlook the Ibiza town and port - you are pretty much in the highest point of the city. The pool is small but lovely and the tanning is great next to it. Staff is friendly and available for any requirements. Recommend for a unique and stylish stay in Ibiza town

During our recent stay in the picturesque area of Ibiza Old Town, near Dalt Villa, we had an exceptional experience that truly stands out. The beauty of the location was complemented by the outstanding service we received from the hotel staff, making our stay memorable for all the right reasons. One particular incident highlighted the exceptional care and attentiveness of the staff. On one of the days, my girlfriend fell seasick, and upon our return to the hotel, she unfortunately vomited. The hotel staff immediately sprang into action, displaying an impressive level of kindness and professionalism. They were extremely helpful in assisting my girlfriend, ensuring she was comfortable and well taken care of. I must extend special thanks to Juliana, who went above and beyond to offer assistance. She was exceptionally kind, reassuring us that a doctor could be provided if my girlfriend's condition worsened. Her genuine concern and proactive approach were truly comforting during a stressful time. Additionally, the service from the rest of the front desk staff, as well as all the hotel employees, was exemplary. Everyone we encountered was courteous, attentive, and eager to help, making us feel valued and well cared for. On the same day my girlfriend was unwell, we also faced a problem with our toilet. The hotel staff's response was once again exceptional; they kindly allowed us to use the room next to ours at no additional cost. This gesture of hospitality and understanding greatly alleviated our inconvenience and further demonstrated their commitment to excellent service. I am profoundly grateful to all the hotel staff for their outstanding service. Special mentions go to Juliana, Angel, and the other ladies at the front desk, whose professionalism and kindness made a significant positive impact on our stay. Their dedication to ensuring a comfortable and pleasant experience for their guests is truly commendable. In conclusion, our stay here was made remarkable not just by the beautiful surroundings, but by the exceptional service provided by the staff. Their kindness, attentiveness, and willingness to go the extra mile turned a challenging situation into a testament of their excellent hospitality.
