Quiet and comfortable boutique hotel nestled in a peaceful area amongst the hustle and bustle of Nice. Conveniently located, near to the beach and tram stops with great nearby food options. Staff were polite and welcoming throughout the stay. Room was very comfortable and peaceful with great insulation. Breakfast has plenty of options and a decent spread. Hotel was reasonably priced for the quality and location you get. Interior is nicely designed and the lift is very convenient.
We spent a wonderful time at this little boutique hotel. Its location is perfect, close to the sea and a multitude of restaurants, cafes, supermarkets while being in a calm side street. The rooms are lovely decorated and are equipped with all you need. The hotel stuff is very friendly and kind. The three ladies at the reception desk, especially Madame Geraldine went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and to sweeten our stay. Thank you so much. Definitely to recommend.
Absolutely ridiculous experience. We had a confirmed reservation at this hotel in Nice, but night before arrival, they refused to accommodate us because we wouldn’t book a separate room for our 3-year-old child — who sleeps in the same bed as us. We’ve been traveling this way for years, across multiple countries and hotels, and never once had an issue. But this place decided to be completely inflexible and unhelpful. Communicated via Booking with front desk, Vasco Q with absolutely rude tone and no will to help. Instead of showing any kind of understanding or basic hospitality, they basically told us to book another room or leave. We ended up stranded and had to scramble to find alternative accommodation last-minute — with a toddler in tow. Luckily, Booking.com helped us very fast with their customer service to find alternative. Unprofessional, inflexible, and completely lacking in common sense. If you’re traveling as a family, avoid this place at all costs.
