Hotel La Vitrine is a real treasure right in the heart of Istanbul. It’s just a short walk from Istiklal Street and the Taksim Metro, so getting around the city is super easy. The hotel has a cozy, friendly vibe that instantly makes you feel at home. I loved the little touches like having a fridge in the room and a market downstairs—it’s so convenient! It’s also smoke-free and pet-friendly, which is a nice bonus. The staff are great, with a helpful porter and a secure front desk that made me feel safe. Plus, being surrounded by tons of restaurants and shops means there’s always something fun to do nearby. Overall, it’s a perfect spot if you want comfort, good vibes, and easy access to the best of Istanbul.

Amazed by the consistently high scores this property gets. I know that reviews can be rigged but here we have a string of 5-star only ratings… I am giving it 3, and I’m being generous. Old rundown rooms, many elements are missing or broken. Cleanliness is far from striking, bedding is also so-so… I honestly was looking around for something to praise here but failed. And do not get fooled by the name: this is not a hotel; you get the keys and then you are on your own. The owner is a nice and forthcoming guy but I did not need any assistance, just a better room.

I booked for 11 days and when I arrived at the hotel on the first day I discovered that it is not a basic hotel and I found it a furnished lip from the basis and the funny that I found it closed, is it reasonable to be a closed hotel? After delaying an hour, the owner of the hotel came and the rooms came to me, and they were already very small and tight rooms and the furniture is old, also the place in a suspicious and frightening street that is not valid for families and also for individuals, after all this I went out of the hotel and I did not sleep in it until one night, and after communicating from Bouking, they apologized to me, but the owner of the hotel refused to return until the value of one day! Now what I will do is clarify the truth of this bad hotel for Arabs in particular and for people in general!
