The staff were amazing, and the facilities are great for the kids. Perfect stays for young families. Great location. Good for a relaxing skiing/snowboarding/sledging getaway with the family (don't expect anything challenging on the piste). Exceed our expectations. Thank you Sonja and the team.
Wonderful place for a 1-week getaway with kids. Everything a family needs, at a high quality of service ftom a very friendly team. Food is delicious, the chef is just great. Additional personal touch adds the fact that the hotel director (Mrs. Feurstein) is all day around at different areas, keeping contact with guests, leading some activities such as family hikes. The region itself offers great deal of options to spend time in summer, more than enough for a week stay.
Our first time in a family hotel. We loved this place. The location is amazing. The staff extremely patient and friendly. So many things to do and see.
