Hotel Laghetto Stilo Borges

Location is amazing, near nice places to eat. Staff is very polite and helpful. Only had a small issue. Asked for a superior deluxe room for my wife and I only and they gave me a room with two beds (king size and single size). I didn't ask for the single size bed and it wasn't pleasant to see it there. Rooms also need some maintenance. Shower had some rusty screws and walls were full of marks, like it was hit by something. Update: Staff was awesome and solved all the issues. Had a great time.

My experience at the Laghetto Stilo Hotel was out of this world, an amazing reception, thoughtful staff and exquisite cleanliness. Thank you so much all the staff who made our trip extra especial, in particular the receptionist Vithor and the manager Valdenir, who checked us in, they were very polite and helpful. The Parking garage “SDOIS”, next to the hotel, is super safe and the staff is always ready to help you and make you comfortable to walk around the city with out care about your car safety. I have the best experience, and I really recommend the hotel to everyone, I will be back soon, for sure!!!

The hotel was very beautiful, very clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. For 2 days, we had to ask for hand towels each day, as the maid explained to us they were out of hand towels. She said that they would bring towels to our room later.... this never happened. Instead, we would have to contact the front desk and ask to have them delivered to the room in the evening. Only during the first night did we not have hot water to take a shower. The other three days, the hot water was fine. The small shelf inside the shower needs to be tightened because it was so loose that if you set anything on the shelf, it would slide off onto the floor. We had a problem with our room door as it would stick continually, and one time, we could not get the door to open, so we had to get someone from the staff to assist us. A maintenance person went to the room immediately, and he worked on the door. He did an excellent job in resolving the problem. The room itself was very clean and provided plenty of space.
