My family and I are here for the second consecutive year. The last time we were here was in 2023, and I would say that the hotel was neither bad nor particularly special—just a typical year experience. However, everything has changed this year. It feels like we aren't in the same hotel we were last year. The cleanliness of the rooms is good, but I can't say the same about the pool, beach, restaurant and the bar. There were drinks spilt all over the floor, and the pool wasn't cleaned for the entirety of our stay (it contained everything from sand and leaves to bandages). I don't seem to understand how people still let their kids go inside. I am not sure if the hotel is responsible for maintaining the beach, but there was trash everywhere. The staff, especially in the restaurant, were rude, and some of them didn't even understand simple English. The rooms that they also gave us this year were so small that the door needed to open into the bathroom do that you could go in (last year's were better, but they were on the left side of the elevators). One plus is that our rooms were thoroughly cleaned every day; the bed sheets were changed, as well as the bath towels. Another significant advantage is the hotel's location, just a 3-minute walk from the beach, allowing you to spend your entire day there. The views from some of the rooms were also great because they looked east, allowing you to see the beautiful sunrise over the sea. In conclusion, I don't think that this hotel's price matches the experience and service you receive. And the four stars seem odd to me, as it feels like a 3-star hotel, even though it is all-inclusive. I would not recommend staying here, especially with children, as there are many better hotels in the resort.
The only good thing about the hotel we stayed at was its proximity to the sea. Other than that, it was quite disappointing. The staff seemed completely unaware of what was going on, almost like they didn’t know where they were. There was a constant sewage smell coming from the bathroom, which spread into the entire room. The air conditioner was extremely old and noisy — it made it really hard to sleep. On top of that, the food and drinks were low quality and tasted stale. Definitely not what we were expecting.
The hotel needs to be renovated. The AC didn't work properly. We are in April and during the night we have 7 degrees outside and because the heat doesn't work is very cold inside the room. The personal is not very kind and not hepful. It seems like a poor hotel of 2 stars instead of 4. I will never come again here. And there is no wifi in the rooms.
