Amazing location. Clean hotel. Rooms are small but cozy. Spa seemed nice even if we didn’t tried it. Unfortunately very bad noise insulation that woke us up early
Was expecting more from pictures. Pool was too small and overcrowded, rooms in villa Orly weren't as clean as I would have expected from a 3 star hotel (dirty curtains, doors and handles were full of make-up and finger prints meaning they weren't sanitised at all). Staff was quite friendly and breakfast was good too. It would be great for the property to start accepting cashless transactions regardless of the amount to be paid as this is key for international travellers - also it is another measure that needs to be adopted against the spread of covid19.
Definitely would not recommend staying here. Lost electricity for an entire day, front desk receptionist is rude, unhelpful, and has no patience, and the WiFi doesn’t work half the time. Also, they advertise a bilingual staff that speaks English, but most of them did not speak English, including the receptionist. After having no electricity for most of a day, my room was so hot and my phone was dying. I checked out 5 days early, but of course no refund of any sort, and not even an apology of any kind. Even though they couldn’t run my card because they had no electricity - which was half the reason I was leaving - they still insisted on making me pay 40 euros for 2 lunch services (which were over priced for what they offer for lunch). Instead of waiving the fee for lunch as a nice gesture to make up for my awful experience, they made me leave a credit card number to charge. I also couldn’t access my balcony, it was blocked off. Any questions I had during my stay I kept to myself to avoid having to speak to the front desk receptionist, because every time I did he was aggravated with me. The bartender was very nice and helpful and spoke English, the wait staff was nice as well, the place itself is pretty with a cute pool, and the room was clean - but I still would never stay there again. This was a terrible experience.
