Hotel Lambert Medical Spa

Great views. Food ok but not topped up on time. A bit loud restaurant/pub in and outside hotel that people enjoy themselves till early morning. You could sometimes smell the food from the restaurant inside the room on the first floor. Very small swimming pool. Nice, friendly service. Free sunbeds and beach towels. Fantastic view terrace on the hotel roof from where you can see all the city and beautiful sea.

Best part of the hotel was the location. The parking situation was not good, the staff was hit or miss. The room itself was nice, but had small problems like the bathroom door not sliding closed properly and with the tissue dispenser not being secured to the wall. Also bear in mind that this is an extremely popular location in Poland during the summer so if you're looking for a relaxing chill vibe in the summer, Ustronie Morskie ain't it. That doesnt speak to the hotel as much, but it is important to consider.

Minuses: 1. We expected more for such a high price 1.1. No adjustment of air conditioning (too cold) 1.2. No kettle and no tea / coffee in the room 1.3. Dramatically poor cosmetics set (4 stars?). 1.4. TV is too small in relation to the distance from the bed 1.5. Hard, uncomfortable headrests, making it impossible to watch TV from the bed (and no other option is foreseen) 1.6. The room practically does not work Wi-Fi (very slow), 1.7. Superior room - instead of one, 2 beds joined by a sheet! 1.8. Dirty floor coverings 2. Disco on Saturday pounding on the whole hotel until 3 am, preventing rest and sleep. 3. Minibar - way too expensive 4. No additional towels at the pool and in the sauna area 5. Construction works outside the window 6. Additional fees for the salt cave 7. Soluble, bad coffee at breakfast - to order real coffee from the machine you have to pay - it's not a hotel with 4 stars! 8. Lack of greenery near the hotel (on each side either road or parking) 9. Extra paid parking (at this price for the stay?) Pros: 1. Location near the sea 2. Sea view from the window of the Superior room 3. Tasty breakfasts
