Well located, with a Very good staff and very good accomodation and services! Nice breakfast with a varied menu.
The room was clean, with good matresss and a nice shower, hot water and good streams. The WiFi was fast (for brazilian standards) and free. The breakfast was good and plenty of options. However, I had problems with the room fridge, it was out of order and all drinks were warm. The staff told me it would be fixed promptly, and this didn't happen during the two nights I stayed at the hotel.
Dated furniture with awful breakfast. Dried up store bought cakes with clearly 2/3 days old soggy fruits. We only booked this hotel As was the only one in town with a pool. The receptionist that works from 2/3pm until late with a beard should be fired, made me feel like he was doing me a favor when asked a question while leaning against his chair and checking his phone. Daniel ( the manager I think ) was helpful when we had an issue with the internet. There are better and cheaper hotels in town.
