Hotel l'Antoine

The room is super cool, but small but very awesome layout, shower is great, it’s laid out well I have everything I need. The concierge at the reception was lovely even suggesting restaurants. And the location is epic. Close to everything near shops and great food

Superior room was quite spacious for a French hotel. Newly renovated, everything was very fresh. A water kettle, some nice tea sorts and bottled water was provided. Breakfast had a good spread of choices. The area is cozy with nice restaurants and grocery stores in the vicinity. The hotel is close to good transport connections.

Extremely disappointing experience. DISGUSTING! After a long and exhausting international flight, my family and I were told we had to wait three additional hours before our rooms would be ready even after they told us on the phone it was ready. On top of that, we were forced to purchase an extra room because the hotel refused to accommodate one additional person in our booking. What made matters worse was the behavior of the management. While we were waiting, the manager was audibly speaking inappropriately about us to a staff member, using offensive language, all in front of my children. This level of unprofessionalism was completely unacceptable. The room itself was far below expectations: it was extremely small and dirty throughout our stay. I would absolutely not recommend this hotel. The poor service, lack of hospitality, and disrespectful behavior from staff made this one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had.
