We had a wonderful time at this 4-star all-inclusive hotel. The resort is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers lovely sea views. The pool area was clean and spacious, with plenty of loungers and shaded spots to relax. Staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready with a smile, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The food at the buffet was delicious but not really varied, anyway, had options for all tastes. The drinks were great in the other hand, varied, generous and well-mixed. Our room was comfortable, clean, and had a lovely balcony sea view. Is a great hotel for family with with kids and elderly people!
Great hotel in Puerto del Carmen in terms of location, sea view room, cleanliness & generally it's a great hotel. It's the first hotel from the six previous places where I'd go back again. Negatives: -there was a short dark haired lady at the reception who was always spot on -the rest of the people falls into the idiot category: the young guy with the tall dark haired lady at the reception the waiters during the breakfast, the cleaners too. We didn't get in touch with them much. Generally, they don't speak much English that's the main problem.
We checked in late in the evening but the lady on reception was really quite rude to me. However check in was quick and easy. Our room was fine, can’t really complain, big large balcony and cleaned every day. The food however was awful, there is no option for children’s food, unless they want chips and plain pasta every day. The choice was so small I’ve never been to an all inclusive with such little Choice before and for a 4* it wasn’t good at all. We only ate there twice in the buffet out of the whole week due to the choices. The breakfast was great and can’t complain about that. The waiters we found to be and rude didn’t really want to help, and the man behind the pool bar was extremely rude. It put me off wanting to go and get a drink. I wouldn’t return here.
