The room was dirty and the lamp on the toilet wasn't working. Also when we arrived at the hotel they charged us 15€ for a 3 minutes taxi ride because their elevator was broken and the didn't inform us.

I normally do not write reviews but this place is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. - definitely not 4 stars. This place would be lucky to be rated 1 star - Check in was really odd. They held our passportsand the receptionist took us down the hall to our room - The room is tiny, dirty, outdated (has not been touched at all since the 70’s) without any exaggeration. Tears in bed sheets, no desk, dull lighting in room, room is dull because of closed shutter doors, no view in any room except for maybe one or two on end of building. Bed is very hard (two singles joined together) which were out of alignment. The room TV is tiny (approx 18 inch). Shower is so small I could not even turn around and the water has be to on full hot for just enough warmth. Red light flashes on the ceiling all night directly above the bed. Wardrobe is full of mismatched coat hangers that look worn and old. The aircon unit is an old unit on the floor and only just keeps up on the highest setting. - The reception informs me after checkin that we will need to pay extra water and cost for a towel for my 1 year old son so an extra 20 euros per night will be added. I had already paid top dollar (ie. 200 euros per night) for this substandard hotel. The receptionist said I would need to talk to the manager that was on later in the day. The manager very rudely made up some story for the extra 20 euros per night for a 1 year old for the extra cost of their water bill and towels. Oddly we then went for a swim and asked the person by the pool where the pool towels are located and they directed me to reception. I then encountered the manager ignore me standing there in line for 10 minutes and served other guests as they came past. She then tried to charge 4 euros each to hire the towels per day. To make it worse our room towels were not replaced each day and there was not one provided for the baby - The toilet downstairs was completely out of toilet paper in both the men’s and ladies For two days. - Wifi did not work for the first 2 days - Odd smells downstairs Overall this place is terrible service, overpriced, extremely outdated and falling apart. Definitely do not stay here

Lots of misinformation i pay for a triple with a seaview and i got i double then they add a little folding bed and the room becomes triple... ridiculous. And the seaview? A dump in the middle of the paddock. I went to complain and i get nothing... plus the fridge bar was completely off. And they have a rule to use the pool most have plastic cap on your head which is an extra cost!! What a waste of money!!
