Our stay was good overall. The place was clean and the food was adequate. As usual the Spanish staff were disinterested and unhelpful. The hotel is located at the start of Last Manga strip - about 10 kilometres of hotels, apartments restaurants and the like. This sounds like it should be an alive place. But somehow the location and the hotel are rather dead and almost desolate. We won't be returning ....
The view is the only good thing about the hotel. DON'T eat the food, it's poorly prepared, both dinner and breakfast. The AC works but is super loud the walls are so thin that you can hear your neighbors AC too. On off-season the are is desolate and most shops are closed. Will not return.
It is really disappointing. The room smelled horrible. For some reason, there was a door that went straight into the neighbors room, and we constantly heard everything that was happening there. The food was terrible, and the service just did not listen or take any of our requests.
