This place is one of the rare ones that should not be given simple descriptions like hotel or resort. It's far too special! It's an oasis with it's own delightful personality. The room feels like it's floating among the trees-- but this not rustic. It's actually one of comfort and pleasure. Excellent food too. We drove distances to wineries and always felt delighted on our return. This will be a warm memory if we somehow never have the good fortune to return. ¡Abrazos!
Very special hotel serviced by friendly and efficient staff. Excellent breakfast. Located in a very quiet and incredibly green environment. Not easy and busy access from Santiago.
Since they got so many accolades, they became arrogant in their ways, expensive in they service while not adding new value. Was an amazing place, shame the charm and magic of the small touches has been completely lost.
