I would like to say that is the best hotel I visited at Austria ,friendly helpful and polite staff .The Quality of food resturants is perfect especially in the dinner .The hotel offers a car to pick up you from train station to the hotel and vice versa.The Spa is perfect. If I have recomendation would be availability of jaccuzi would be a plus to the wonderful experience.
We stayed here in Feb 25, the staff are super lovely and you are well looked after. The location is wonderful, only couple of minutes of walking to get to the gondolas. The breakfast was really good and everything was fresh. We didn’t opt for dinners and ate out. Good Italian in the hotel and some more nearby. The hotel has a pool which is lovely but can get a bit busy. Didn’t use the sauna. The only things I can put as negative is that our room was dated, the pillows were awful and the carpet in the room was disgusting and stained heavily. There is only one lift for the entire hotel and it doesn’t help when kids press all the buttons but it is not the hotel’s fault. All in all, we had a wonderful week here so thanks to all the staff for making it such a cozy place.
