We didn't expect that!!! Before booking the holiday we read the reviews and it doesn't do it justice!!!. The rooms are clean and comfortable (very big beds) and the food!!! Every day a different menu , very high quality I would say not far off fine dining restaurants. The service is second to none, every request during our visit has been answered in the most efficient way. And one more thing, one of our friends has allergies and the staff here was very good from gluten free bread to cakes and a full menu for dinner. We will definitely come back here

While I'm not saying this is a 5 star hotel relatively speaking, for a ski accommodation it was fantastic. I've been going on ski holidays to the Alps for years and my expectations are moderate when it comes to these places. The hotel itself was renovated fairly recently (5-7 years?) and it shows. The rooms are significantly larger than I've been used to all the fixtures are general feel of the place is high. The hotel itself is a small 5 minute walk to the lifts, or just a couple of minutes to the bus stations that will take you to one of the Daille or Fornet. Ski shops and restaurants are located all around, and a market is literally next door making shopping extremely easy. The staff are truly friendly and great, and the meals were generally excellent compared to the usual fare. Very much recommended if you're heading out to Val.

Overall not bad management and staff always happy to help, do feel some of the staff were not very experienced but everyone has to learn. The resort it self is very poor I think, slope grading has some thing to be desired, I am seasoned skier so issue for me but for beginners and people who are less experienced blues are like reds and reds blacks even some greens were steep in places and it's bloody expensive here 7€ for a hot chocolate. So premium prices for a poor resort. So will not be back again
