We had a comfortable stay at this hotel, marked by comfort and outstanding service. The room was clean and well-equipped. Special thanks to Tony, Zoe, Hoa, Merry, and Vincent for their attentive and helpful service, which made our visit truly memorable. This hotel definitely deserves a five-star rating, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience.
Stayed here for 2 nights. Delicious breakfast was included,they provided coffee,juice,yogurt and fruits too! The staffs are amazing! They’re friendly and easy to communicate especially Harry, Merry and Hoa❤️ The environment of the hotel were beautifully designed, clean and comfortable! Highly recommended !!!😍 - Please stay here if you're visiting Danang!!!😎
The room was great, large space and the bath by the window was lovely. The blinds were ripped but generally the up keep was good. Service wasn’t great at check in - not told WiFi password for room (information was not in our room either. The general upkeep of the hotel wasn’t great. The pool area was very uninviting, smelt a looked damp and unclean and we did unfortunately see a rat scurry across the back one afternoon which of course put us off using it completely. We also saw a half dead rat just at the front door when checking out in the morning. Two staff members came into work, walking past it, noticing it, but without any urgency to remove it from the front seating area (witness whilst we waited for our taxi) We were also charged for water in the fridge which as far as we could tell was the same as the water on the counter which was complimentary, just colder…
