What a wonderful relaxing spa in the middle of the beautiful countryside, little did I realize it was just so close to home. I had a great morning of total relax sharing the moment with a very dear friend on a girls day out. The staff are very courteous and helpful, all topped with a soft undercurrent of music to truly unwind after a long work week. I can highly recommend! Well a little disappointed on my second visit (17 Aug 2015) here, the Spa staff were exceptional but not so the hotel staff for lunch and not to mention the lunch itself a hefty price tag of €81.00 for a plate of cold cuts for 3 persons!! My international guests were also a little disappointed too.
The hotel is well located to reach Grotte di Frasassi. The location is delightful, the concierge service is gentle. The rooms are a little smaller than the ones we're accustomed to. The food is good and genuine but the waiters do not comply the good standards of this hotel.
