Hotel Le Mirage

I recently spent 3 days at this hotel in Istanbul, and it was truly an amazing experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Everyone was incredibly friendly, polite, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The service was exceptional, and we felt very well taken care of throughout our stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The location was also perfect—close to major attractions, yet peaceful and relaxing. A big thank you to the entire team for making our trip so memorable. We would definitely love to stay here again on our next visit to Istanbul!

I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Le Mirage. From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth and enjoyable. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully furnished, offering a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The bed was very comfortable, and I appreciated the little details like the well-maintained bathroom and fresh towels. The location was ideal, close to the main attractions but still quiet enough for a peaceful stay. The hotel’s amenities were also great, and I especially enjoyed the breakfast, which had a good variety of options. Overall, Hotel Le Mirage exceeded my expectations. It was a great balance of comfort, convenience, and excellent service. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The worst experience we have ever had in our travel experience. The 7th day of our stay, 1200$ total amount of cash money was stolen from our bags while we were at the breakfast in the hotel. The only one who entered the room after we left was house keeping staff. The hotel management was not helpful; just stated that we were supposed to keep the cash in the safe. It seemed that it was not the first case here regarding the stolen money. We requested police investigation; they came and talked to the hotel manager without our presence; asked just for our passports and advised to go to the police office to complain. After that, we went there by walking; without any explanation made us to wait for more than three hours in the police office. When we asked the reason being kept for so long; just said they had been waiting for hotel camera records to begin the investigation. All the police do here is to smoke and drink tea and talking. Then I realized why people are being killed, robbed, stabbed, killed easily in Turkey because they do not perform their jobs sincerely. Overall, the worst attitude from the hotel management and police towards the tourists here. Never return back to travel here. There was no apology even!!! Never carry any cash while traveling - the best experience I gained.
