Great location, fantastic room and amenities, amazing service, family friendly. The entire staff (front desk, concierge, wait staff, cleaning crew, etc) is welcoming, friendly, and go above and beyond to help. All their recommendations have been amazing. Breakfast has a lot of variety of fruits, breads, sweets, hot foods, etc -- variety from day to day as well. Rooms are modern, comfortable, quiet, with blackout shades that actually blacks out light. This place is worth it!
This hotel is one of the best to stay in Campos do Jordão. Kids friendly, walking distance to downtown and has a very comfortable room. Highly recommended!
Very profissional staff and clean rooms. As a plus they have a transfer service to Capivari Center.
