My stay at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. Nestled majestically atop a cliff, the property offers the most breathtaking panoramic views I have ever experienced, every sunrise and sunset felt like a private show just for the guests. The staff were impeccably professional yet warm, attending to every detail with genuine care and making me feel truly valued throughout my stay. The breakfast was a delight each morning. I really hope life will find me again in this place!

Even the unbelievable view, the very comfortable bed, and the very kind staff. My husband and I both agreed that it was the best accommodation we had stayed at until now after our honeymoon. The hotel is very clean and pleasant, and I like both the bathroom and amenities. You can go out on the terrace and sit watching the endless sea. In addition, there are many delicious restaurants nearby, and it is not a problem to find a delicious restaurant as long as you move as recommended by the boss. In addition, vehicles traveling to downtown Amalfina Positano are operated every morning, which is also a great luck for travelers. I recommend it very much!!

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was deeply disappointing. I had booked a partial sea view room, but the view was nothing like advertised — we could barely see the sea. Instead, it overlooked a barren backyard, which was not what I expected for the price. When I brought this up to the general manager, hoping for a reasonable conversation or solution, he responded in an unnecessarily rude and defensive manner, implying I was just looking for a free upgrade or discount. This was not only unprofessional but also made me feel incredibly uncomfortable and unwelcome — especially as a paying guest. His attitude soured what could have been a lovely trip. While the breakfast was genuinely nice — fresh produce, a beautiful setting, and clear signs of a hardworking family business — it doesn’t excuse the way I was treated. The location is remote, and although the surroundings are pretty, the overall experience was not worth the cost or the discomfort caused by the management’s attitude. I truly hope they reconsider how they treat guests in the future.
