Hotel Le Tre Vaselle

We enjoyed a lovely three nights at this resort. We took full advantage of the spa with the “wine lovers” package and enjoyed a massage, body scrub, wine soak in a barrel, Turkish baths and the pool. The accommodations - ample Room, privacy and a generous lodging for two adults. The beds were comfortable, linens soft and pillows divine. The restaurant- the staff was kind and attentive, food was very good. Note, this resort is in a small town and dining options are mostly limited to the resort. The only reason we didn’t give it 5 stars is because we felt the dinner menu to be a little limiting — however, on our third night we made a special request for vegetables and meat grilled (wanted something a little lighter) and the kitchen obliged and delighted us!!!! The entire staff at the resort from check in to check out and all services in between were professional , supportive and attentive. Everyone was very kind. A wonderful weekend which we would do again!

The beautiful location (a historical building inside the medieval town of Torgiano), the very comfortable rooms, the swimming pool surrounded by a bucolic scenery and the spa reanonably justify the 5-star rate. Nevertheless, the service received during our stay at the swimming pool was not adequate to the 5 stars:too many errors in handling our request for lunch and too much time to wait. One further suggestion: please clear indicate the prices for the minibar: 4 euros for a 50 cl bottle of water was an unpleasant surprise at the check out.

Worst stay I had in Italy so far. We’ve been traveling throughout the country with a family of four and a baby. Unfortunately we decided to stay at Le Tre Vaselle Resort & Spa for two nights . The look we were getting when checking in already didn’t make anybody feel welcome in that house. Really rude receptionists, maybe we didn’t look rich enough for them, who knows. Really small selection for breakfast, dry eggs, tiny selection of bread. Rooms have been ok, AC didn’t work in one of our rooms, connection door in the other room didn’t open anymore, after closing it. Made you feel a little bit like in a demolished house. Housekeeping didn’t make both of our rooms. After returning from a long day no fresh towels, no beds made. We had to cal to get fresh towels, but only got one set, even tho we were two in that room. No proper apology, just like some mumbled sorry. Not worth a penny.
