We booked this hotel online because of the location and what a gem we discovered. From the moment we entered the establishment until the last day of our stay we felt well welcomed and looked after. Not only were the rooms gorgeous and beautiful furnished with all amenities you need, but the whole building was beautifully designed. The staff from reception and the restaurant were just amazing, accommodating and extremely friendly. A special attention and thanks to Marco from the reception who was always there to help us and answering any questions we had. We definitely planning to come back to Seville and certainly will choose this hotel again. Gracias!
Very nice hotel. The room is well equipped, as are the bathrooms, which include all amenities. Very well located—just a 10-minute walk from the cathedral and 12 minutes from the Alcázar Palace.
We stayed in the suite. Fabulously clean. Molten brown toiletries topped up daily. All staff excellent. Especially the guy at check in and first few nights ( sorry cannot remember name) thoroughly enjoyed breakfast. Hotel was quiet and ideal location.
