The location of this hotel is superbe. The staff is really kind and helpful. Great breakfast with salmon and all. Most of all I love the Spa they have and enjoyed 2 hours there!
Very convenient place to stay right by the bus stop. Ski back to the door of the hotel. Reception staff were super helpful. Outdoor pool is great. Things to work on - the ventilation in our room (25) seemed to not be working properly and the pillows were bad. The hotel is a bit of a maze and better signage would help e.g. how to get to the ski store room.
As soon as I arrived in the room the first night was spent almost sleepless because the mattress on the armchair was supposed to be a bed... Too bad the mattress was small. The bodies a It was crazy because they were very short and you were freezing. Then I played pinball and 10 francs were stolen from me and then after 30 minutes that I was asking for help in getting my money back, yes Because the game did not start and they informed me that the technician would arrive shortly.. I went to the reception 2/3 times to request my money and after half an hour they finally they gave them to me .... For the rest the location is good the service for these two things has dropped to three stars And the rooms for problem 2.(Edit: not even the staff who responds to my review.... I take away a star from the service)
