Wow! Is a very great location if you want to walk down town León, everything is close by with walking distance! No need for Taxi ..🤭 love this place highly recommend.. is a hotel with the flare of the 1930's! I felt like been at the Ritz! 🤩🎵🎶🎼 Will come again for sure! 👍🏻👍🏻 2 thumbs up!

Room has weird smell. Staff okay. Old fashioned, AC is loud. Would not really recommend. Description said nice view, but both rooms we’ve seen had literally wall as the view. Cancelled the second night and didn’t get the complete refund although it was advertised as such on booking.com

Came in late at night due to cancelled flight. Appreciate them taking us late. However, the first room we got, I found a bedbug on my pillow within the first couple hours. They tried showing us another room and I found a piece of chicken bone under a chair with hair in one of the beds. Third room looked decent. I would’ve left but we would’ve had to find somewhere to sleep at 2am. That morning someone tried opening our door before us yelling stopped them. Which means there was no record of us switching rooms due to bed bugs. They called our room to confirm the name and hung up before we could say anything. They probably just wash the bedding and that’s it for bed bugs. Disgusting hotel, I’ve never had an experience like this before ever. The morning crew apologized and said they would just look into who cleaned those rooms and that’s it. Didn’t care for a refund but they didn’t even offer it. I hope my card doesn’t get charged more.
