Hotel Leonardo Da Vinci

Our experience was good. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious. The location is good, and a short distance from Santa Maria Novella station. They have a coffee and tea counter that residents can access free of cost anytime. The vending machine doesn't work most of the time though. Overall, I had a good impression of the hotel.

A returning guest because I liked it before. Very friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast buffet. Own parking but very limited so you need to reserve your spot upfront. Walking distance from Florence highlights, still just outside of Centre ring (so you can get there while avoiding the ‘limited traffic zone ZTL, for which you need permission to drive in to or you get a penalty).

This is a unique review because I didn’t stay at the hotel. My granddaughter did. I wanted to surprise her and her friends because they were on a school trip and I wanted to treat the grandchild and her friends. So, I arranged to have an antipasto plate delivered to their room. I’m in Massachusetts, and the hotel is in Lido Venice. The staff was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond. I even sent a note to accompany the food, and they even put it on a frame in the room! This made the grandchildren and their friends so excited, and I’m so grateful. I want to give a big shoutout to all the staff I worked with, including Jean, Alexis, and Miriam. They were all so polite, courteous, and supportive. They genuinely wanted me to have a great experience, and they made it happen. This is an amazing hotel with an incredible staff.
