We're on the last day of our holiday and I'm sad to be leaving 😭 We've had a great time at this hotel and think it's a great base for exploring Lake Garda. The food has been tasty, although I think with any buffet style you would fancy a change after a few days, so make sure to travel and try some restaurants too! The restaurant staff are simply amazing... Always floating about and on hand to clean your table, and very friendly. The grounds are stunning although the play park could do with a wee revamp. We're travelling with a toddler, so nearby attractions are important! The beach is close by and there is ample space by one of the 4 outdoor pools. I would come back again, and feel grateful for a lovely time here with my wee Scottish family!

The hotel location is amazing! Has 3 pools, one with a small water slide and a small kids' pool next to the main pool. They have their section of the beach also. The view from any part is amazing. As a room for 4, it would have been nice if it were more spacious. Plenty of pool loungers available. Bars at all locations. Food was good and the staff are all pleasant and friendly.

In summary: A Serene Stay with Stunning Views and Warm Hospitality If you're looking for a peaceful retreat with breathtaking views of the lake and mountains, this hotel might be just what you need. From the moment we arrived, the staff impressed us with their warm, friendly service and attention to detail. Food services were punctual and thoughtful, with three meals a day including snacks and drinks available throughout—making it easy to relax without worrying about meals. The hotel offers convenient access to the town centre, either via a shuttle bus or a pleasant 10–15-minute walk. Facilities like the indoor pool, gym, and a private area to soak in the scenery add to the charm of the stay. However, there are a few downsides. The food selection could be more varied, and entertainment options are limited. Families with children may be disappointed to find that the play area is not maintained and currently out of service. The rooms, while comfortable, lack soundproofing, and there are no alternative dining options on-site besides what's provided, so a trip to the town is necessary if you want more variety. That said, if you're someone who enjoys spending time within the hotel, soaking in nature, listening to birds, and taking in truly stunning views, this place is ideal. It's not a modern hotel, but the genuine effort the staff puts into guest satisfaction more than makes up for it. I will definitely be returning here on my next visit.
