First of all, I liked this hotel in general. I will write a few problems in a moment. The most important advantage of the hotel is that it has both open and private indoor parking. The hotel is not in the city center. But there are bus stops near the hotel. You can easily reach the city center by bus. The ticket is 1.5€ per person. There is no free water in the rooms. The water in the fridge is 2€. The hotel breakfast is sufficient. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Now, let's come to the problems. The beds are very noisy. The bathroom and toilet ventilation is insufficient. The smell comes to the room. There was a storm one night when we went. There was a lot of noise from the exterior of the building. Frankly, we could not sleep that night. Let's come to the last problem. We had made a reservation for 3 nights in a private parking lot. Our car stayed in the parking lot for 2 days. We came from outside on the third day. The weather was stormy and rainy. The woman at the reception did not open the parking lot door. I warned her with signs from the car a few times. She still did not open the door. In the end, I went to her. She angrily told me that I had to make a reservation to park the car and that there was a fee of 10€ per night. Finally, I showed my name on the paper in front of her. This is disrespectful to the customer. This is the general problem of the world that People insist on things they have no knowledge about. By the way, my name is written in the parking area. In short, if you don't mind some problems, you can stay at this hotel. I do not regret choosing this hotel.
Location is good and the hotel looks nice from the outside and has a nice lobby. The staff are friendly but didn’t seem to care much about our stay. The room on the other hand wasn’t great. Terrible bed, like sleeping on concrete. Had two terrible nights sleep. Walls are paper thin too and you can hear everything happening in the halls. Bathroom was clean and useable.
I stayed at Hotel Leopardi for six nights, and it was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room was extremely noisy — I woke up many nights and couldn’t sleep properly. It felt like people were walking right through my room from the corridor — that’s how bad the soundproofing is. Reception rarely answered the phone when I needed anything, which was frustrating. The bathroom items were never replaced, and the bathrobes were clearly not washed or changed during my entire stay. Breakfast was also a big letdown — very few options, poor variety, and not what you’d expect from a 4-star hotel. To make things worse, the hotel is over 30 minutes walking from the city center, which makes it inconvenient for sightseeing or going out in the evening. The hotel is outdated, poorly maintained, and lacks even basic hospitality. I absolutely do not recommend staying here.
