Had a lovely stay here, we had a late night arrival and were able to check in no problem. We had the Junior Suite and it looked exactly as pictured. Comfortable beds, big shower, large area to open luggage bags. Rooms don't have AC but in late April it was still cool at night. Staff are also very helpful and responsive whenever help was needed, they provided a few bottles of water every morning which was great! Thank you for the pleasant stay!
Great people, great service, and the breakfast buffet was out of this world. Great hotel
This establishment is disappointing—definitely not deserving of four star. While the staff were generally pleasant, the stark difference between the images advertised online and the reality is glaring. Construction work adds to the chaos, and the building is outdated and in dire need of modernization. Spare yourself the trouble and book elsewhere. I cannot recommend staying here.
