Hotel Les Saisons

I visited this place on April 28. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel The location was perfer, super close to all the restaurants, shops, and main street The receptionist was nice, and all the staff were really friendly and helpful. The restaurant team was awesome too, very kind and professional The room was clean and comfortable, and they provided towels and shampoo, which was great. People in general were super nice. Totally recommend this place if you're in town

A clean and comfortable room with a decent breakfast and friendly discrete staff. Downside was the air-conditioning was off as it wasn't hot, but that meant having the window open and there was a lot of street noise late into the evening. With the window closed the room was very quiet, but ... Omar was very helpful with his recommendations. I would stay again.

Lots of problems here. Rooms are hot compared to outside temps, luckily our windows open but our friend's room was not so lucky. The TV doesn't work! The front desk lady was rude every time we'd ask her questions or ask suggestions. She was unapproachable and seemed annoyed by everyone. We saw her rudness towards other guests. Last night my friends heard a mouse in their room squeaking 😳 Oh and just be aware house keeping doesn't knock your door when entering your room! They just come right in at 8am!!!! The lady scared me when she just walked in, I'm glad I was fully dressed! This freaked me out because it's so early and no warning. Not impressed with this place at all.
