The hotel itself is very beautiful, great architecture, high ceilings, nice reception, spacious rooms. Parking is available right in front of the hotel (5 bays) as well as behind the building (5-8 bays). Personnel was very nice and professional. Buffet breakfast was very rich, tasty and I really believe that everybody will find something. Dinners was also all right, but nothing special. Wellness was kind of small (2 different saunas - only one functional) and hot tub for 3-4 people. Because guests have to make a reservation to go there, its basically private, thus big enough for relax. The only thing they could improve is the cleanliness. It wasn't disaster or nothing horrible, but I expected little bit more attention to detail, and for example, we discovered ants around the mini bar in our room (something sticky was probably spilled underneath), we reported it on reception, but although our room was cleaned that day, they didn't get rid of them ants. Overall it was a good experience for us and I can still recommend this hotel as a good and safe space to stay.
It is a three star hotel don't expect it to be more then that. Breakfast was not very special the selection was limited. Room could have been cleaner. The bin in the bathroom was not emptied from earlier guests. Payment process quite slow.
Hotel itself quite nice. Old building with modern furniture in rooms. BUT... we arrived there in the middle of December. Outside it was about -3C, and the heating in the room was off... so it was about 15C inside. We opened the heater about 9pm. The nice temperature started at 7am in a room, when we had to leave. Another thing - towels... there was one set of towels in a dbl room... it was hidden in a wardrobe, together with extra blankets ( Breakfast.... 5 hot dishes to be chooses - typical... scrambled eggs, eggs with bacon, hot sausages...among this ham, cheese, bacon on the plate... a few fruits, 3 kinds of musli, and that's it. For a plus - fresh and good coffee... Generally - hotel with big potential, but....so far there is a lot of to do with service quality. For this price definitely I do NOT recommend.
