The reception was fantastic. My pet also received excellent service. It took me a long to figure out how to acquire a drink from the bar upstairs. If the receptionist offers 24/7 service, that means they are available at all times. A truly pet-friendly motel.
I stayed at Hotel Panorama for a week during the EU Arctic Forum and wanted to give a big shoutout to Alfred. He was one of the friendliest and most helpful people I met during my stay. Always smiling, always making sure we were taken care of, nothing was ever too much trouble. Thank you, Alfred, for making the experience even better! A real asset to the Panorama team. The hotel is right next to a ski slope with a drag lift, and there are several wide, quiet runs going down from there. Compared to South Point, the slopes here are quieter. There’s a gondola that runs between the hotel and Levi village, and it’s free for hotel guests—a great perk that makes getting into town easy without needing a car. There’s no ski rental shop inside the hotel, so you’ll need to go down to the village for gear. While the hotel didn’t impress us, it’s the best option in the area.
