Hotel Ling Bao

Very nice hotel, the atmosphere is great for the theme and the rooms are great. Staff is friendly. One minor complaint is the bamboo restaurant floor is sticky for some reason. I think it's the material and not a cleaning issue. But somewhat annoying

The interior is amazing. The staff at the reception is really nice but for the rest it's for me a real lie. First the restaurant, I reserved for the diner. It's 49€ by person but the surprise is ... the drink is not included on it. So it's became really expensive. They sell that like there is a big buffet with a lot of food etc. And a lot of plates was totally empty or just some was just not there. We received a seat on a small place who it was really dark. We wait 30min and nobody was coming to take our order for the drink, I needed to go by myself take a waitress. After that I ask if is not possible to have more light i just received the answer that is not possible. So I ask for an another table more close of the buffet so with more light and again it was not possible (but many free table). So we finish the diner with the light of our phone... just ridiculous. And I feel like I've been robbed. Also I received an email for asking to have a baby bed in our room. It was defined like a baby bed in wood with a dragon on it etc. So I was thinking "it's really nice". What a surprise to see just a travel bed. Again a lie. The purpose also to be on this hotel it's to have a quick access to the park but it's not interesting because all the attractions open at 10am and we enter on the park at 9am. The restaurant on the park or place to take a drink, it's all open only at 11.30am . Again what is the purpose of this. We received also a voucher for a free welcome drink. The reception tell us that Is one voucher for all the family so one drink for everyone with this voucher. But finally at the bar they just refuse to give us this free drink at everyone. So Again a lie. And we not talking about the antipathy of the personnal of the bar. The only good thing it's the breakfast. Big and various with a lot of things. But for the waitress, gosh they run everywhere with no purpose. Push the chair and not say sorry. At the dinner we search after the waitresses and at the morning they have too much. So at the end it was a really disappointment for us.
