This hotel was wonderful - great views, good size room/bathroom, but most importantly: the staff was so wonderful. Very helpful and offered good advice on what to see/visit while here. We also stayed over our anniversary and Ashan went above and beyond to help my husband set up a small surprise when we got back into our room for the evening. Very caring staff, obviously enjoy what they do. Beautiful and great location as well.

The hotel was generally fine, but there were some problems. The public areas and rooms are kind of drab and in need of a removation.The showers are tiny and elevated up from the bathroom floor, so if you are elderly, the step down from the shower to the floor could be dangerous, especially if the floor is wet. The strange glass sink shows every mark and stain. The breakfast was very good but the hot items were ice cold even though we got to the breakfast 5 minutes after it opened. On the positive side, the staff was very friendly, nice, informative and accomodating. Location was great.
