Hotel LIVVO Anamar Suites

The hotel was lovely! Very nice rooms (stayed in a Junior Suite) with a nice modern look! Nice new pool with 2x Jacuzzi's on the other side of the hotel! Food options were the only downfall for us but others may enjoy the options! Overall the hotel itself was 8/10! The staff were also all nice and helpful!

We were as a group of 2 couples and were greatly hosted by Anamar Suites. Rooms: we had junior suites and it was the best rooms we had so far! You can have various lights in the room, more than enough space and it was very modernly equipped! We had a fridge, microwave, and all dishes needed. A very good safe with code lock for valuables. 5/5 for the room! The view in the 9th floor was great as well. Hotel in general: -location: we found this to be the best location for playa del ingles. Nice modernish rooms, well equipped, pretty grounds and nice swimming pool, albeit not heated. Initial receptionist was friendly. Good location to the beach and promenade walk. Also near to the Yumbo if you like that area (we personally thought it was rundown, like most of the area) Restaurant staff pleasant but never smiling, like they would rather be anywhere else. The food had limited choice but what was available was good, bar the still frozen desserts one evening. Breakfast was nice but lacked a choice of decent fruit. Our room was located near the rececption and delivery area, so we had very little sleep with deliveries being made, bin lorries, people coming in and out. Then came the crane at the crack of dawn creating such a noise that we couldn't even sit in our room. Spoke to reception who were exceptionally unhelpful and offered no help at all. With this in mind I wouldn't recommend the hotel, clearly if there is an issue the team are not interested, but if you have no issues you may be ok. It's a pity as the hotel for some will find it nice.
