The hotel is absolutely beautiful, the pool, the sea 🌊 access is brilliant, the service, the staff, the food all brilliant! This was our second visit, and we were slightly disappointed with the number of No's we received from the hotel, No changing dinner for lunch ? No rooftop bar ? No late room checkout ? And the overlooking of some guests for other guest's from the pool bar staff was disappointing. But with the negative comments out the way, we would still come back again, because it's so beautiful and the good 1000% out ways all the small negatives. Thank you to all at Livvo Hotel, Puerto de Morgan The wife says the pool man who cleans and clears the beds is very hard working and an asset to the hotel. See you again soon x
We stayed as a couple for 10 nights on 12 April in a marina view room. This is our 5th or 6th year of coming to this hotel & we love it. The location is stunning, with the pool area having direct access to the sea. Although our balcony was near to restaurants, we were not disturbed. Everywhere had a lovely quiet buzz about it & the restaurants do not stay open past 11 at night. The hotel is exceptionally clean & well maintained. Anything we asked for was done speedily. The staff are so friendly & the service is wonderful. We always enjoy the variety & quality of food on offer. We ate out on a couple of occasions in the evening to ring the changes & there are so many quality restaurants nearby. Since our trip last year, we noticed quite a number of updates such as more comfortable mattresses, new coffee machines, smart new kettles & new parasols to name but a few. We will certainly be returning next year.
Just came back from a 11 night stay at this lovely hotel. Staff are very pleasant, rooms very nice. Breakfast, very good choice. Evening meals were a bit hit and miss.we ate out most evenings at the lovely restaurants nearby. Swimming pool amazing with a lovely view. Afternoon tea very nice. Just a shame there wasn't a bar in the evenings. Mogan is absolutely stunning and I would highly recommend to others.
