Really nice hotel, water park on-site which meant the kids could go off and do their own thing whilst the adults relaxed lol! Nice menu choice at mealtimes only downside was that most cocktails were an extra cost rather than being included (the ones that were included - only 2 or 3 were decent but not enough choice). Location is a little bit out of the way and the bus services seem to stop at 10am which meant getting taxis after that time, but not a massive problem, just wish I'd checked that beforehand lol! Would still recommend!
Had a lovely family holiday at this hotel. The service in this hotel is phenomenal! (Bar staff, waiting staff and entertainment) Reception could do with some work. My room was great, air con stated on even with the balcony door open. But other family members rooms not so much. The hotel was kept immaculate - even saw lifts being cleaned. Although the lifts in the hotel were slow, stopped on random floors and only 2 in the whole hotel! Bar and waiting staff are amazing, very attentive and friendly. Entertainment staff at this hotel are great, very friendly and try to get EVERYONE involved, not just the children - we love Maria! Facilities surrounding the hotel could do with an upgrade as there's really only gift shops around, one little supermarket and a short walk down to the beach with a few bars/restaurants.
Had a lovely week here. Rooms are spacious and very clean. No tea/ coffee facility in the rooms though. The pool was a decent size but it was limited for beds around it. People put towels on beds earlier than 6am and the staff didnt police it so that made issues especially for family's whose kids are constantly in the water. Pool also could be cleaner as there was lots of dirt and debris on the bottom. We was all inc and that was decent really with plenty of choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Paper soft drink cups used which could be a bit bigger really but no issues as you can help yourself to soft drinks and water. Snacks are limited so more options could be improved. Other than that staff are friendly and helpful
